By accessing and using Lan Multiplayer software and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. License Terms

Free License (With Attribution)

You may use Lan Multiplayer for commercial purposes free of charge, provided that you:

  • Include attribution to "lan.michitai.com" in your game's credits, about screen, or documentation
  • Do not remove or obscure any copyright notices from the software
  • Comply with all other terms in this agreement

Paid License (No Attribution Required)

For a monthly fee of €20, you may use Lan Multiplayer without the attribution requirement. Contact us at support@michitai.com to obtain a paid license.

3. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use Lan Multiplayer in personal and commercial projects
  • Modify the source code for your own use
  • Distribute Lan Multiplayer as part of your compiled game/application

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Redistribute or sell Lan Multiplayer as a standalone product
  • Remove or alter copyright notices and attribution requirements
  • Use Lan Multiplayer for illegal purposes
  • Reverse engineer the software for the purpose of creating a competing product
  • Claim ownership of the Lan Multiplayer software

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Lan Multiplayer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lan Multiplayer or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software.

All intellectual property rights in Lan Multiplayer, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by Lan Multiplayer and its licensors. This license does not grant you any rights to the Lan Multiplayer name or logo.
